Hi, I’m Tyler.

I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the College of Idaho and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS-NSCA) and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. I have been working with personal training clients for over 4 years and have worked with everyone from 90+ year old men, middle school aged girls, college guys, parents, kids, athletes, and totally sedentary people.  I know how to get people results.

Not only do I coach a wide variety of clients but I take my own training very seriously. I constantly apply all of the things I teach and test out new programs and principles before passing them on. I have been lifting for about 10 years now and have tried just about every program out there.

I have read and researched non-stop since finishing college and my education continues today. I am always looking for the best information to get my clients better results.

In a time when there’s more information about health and fitness than ever, people are sicker, fatter, and more confused than ever. I want to use this website to provide a place for people to learn without sifting through advertisements, click bait, fads, and hype.

My goal is to help as many people as I can. The fitness industry has endlessly complicated getting in shape and eating right. I want to simplify the process and get people the results they’ve always dreamed of without the headache of sifting through bunk information that doesn’t apply to their specific situation.
