Hi there! My name is Tyler Stagg and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the College of Idaho and have been training clients since 2012.

Based in the Wood River Valley, I specialize in working with young athletes, mountain sports enthusiasts, and golfers who want to improve their strength and performance. I also have experience working with older adults who want to maintain their health and fitness as they age. Whether you are a young athlete looking to take your game to the next level, or an older adult seeking to maintain your strength and mobility, I can help you reach your goals. In my training and nutrition coaching, I focus on the basics, including proper breathing and structure, good form, and training principles. I believe that these fundamentals are the key to achieving long-term success in fitness and wellness.

When working with clients, I modify each exercise to challenge them, but also make it doable for their individual ability level. I believe in progression in a sustainable fashion, and I want my clients to see results without being too fatigued to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and their favorite activities.
