I offer online nutrition coaching that is separate from my training services. My passion is helping clients improve their overall health and wellness through personalized nutrition coaching. I believe that good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy and active lifestyle, and I am dedicated to helping my clients make sustainable changes to their diet and eating habits.
In my nutrition coaching sessions, I focus on the basics of healthy eating, including:
- Balancing macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) to support your activity levels and goals
- Incorporating a variety of whole, unprocessed foods into your diet
- Mindful eating and listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues
- Meal planning and prepping to make healthy eating easier and more convenient
In addition to these key areas, I also emphasize the importance of developing healthy habits in my nutrition coaching sessions.
